Information on the Protection of Personal Data

As Doktar, we take your security into consideration and would like to inform you about the "Law on the Protection of Personal Data", which is regulated regarding personal data with the purpose of protection of the fundamental rights and freedoms, especially the privacy of private life.

Our aim is, in accordance with your satisfaction, to inform you in the most transparent way about the way your personal data is collected, the purposes of processing and legal reasons and your rights in these matters.

All kinds of special quality personal data (“Data”), including biometric data and medical data, that you have transmitted to our company or obtained by our company within the framework of our company's procedures and transactions, can be within the framework of the law obtained, recorded, stored, preserved, updated in order to continue its services, reorganized, disclosed to third parties in cases and to the extent permitted by the law, transferred, transmitted, shared, classified, anonymized and processed in other ways enumerated in the law by our company Doktar A.Ş. with the title of Data Supervisor in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) numbered 6698, which entered into force on 7 April 2016.

Your personal data can be collected by the Company's call center team, field agricultural engineers, soil analysis team and all other personnel and Orbit Application, in automatic or non-automatic ways, in written, verbal or electronic media.

By applying to the Company, you have the following rights:

It is possible to exercise your rights as of 01.01.2019, the effective date of the regulation; we reserve the right to demand the expenses to be incurred by our Company in order to fulfill your requests, according to the tariff specified in Article 13 of the KVKK, titled "Application to the Controller".

Data, which is published or disclosed to the public or included in official registries, balance sheets and annual reports in accordance with the principle of clarity in the laws, or which are obliged to be disclosed in terms of public disclosure as per the provisions in the laws; and the Data disclosure, usage and transfers to be made by Doktar in order to fulfill its legal obligations arising from the legislation to which it is subject and / or due to legal obligations and / or to fulfill the obligation to transfer the Data to the persons who may request secrets by the law are not subject to the Company's confidentiality obligation. Without the need to obtain a separate letter of consent for this Data, the Company has the authority to disclose, give, process and transfer such Data to the relevant persons.

In case of disapproval, the Company will only be able to provide you parochially with the Products/Services you have requested from our company within the framework of the principles in the information text on the Personal Data Protection Law, as long as the Company does not violate the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 as a Data Operator/Data Supervisor.

I accept the sharing and processing of data within the framework of the information given under the following conditions.

I accept, declare and undertake, that I am authorized to give my data directly or indirectly without violating any confidentiality obligations arising from the law or contract, and that I have duly obtained the necessary approvals from other third parties, including group companies, for the fulfillment of the processes and transactions in this consent letter in accordance with the relevant legislation, especially the Turkish Penal Code No. 5237 and the KVKK and that I have obtained my said Data in accordance with the law.

I consent to the collection and processing of my shared Data for security purposes or to develop services and opportunities for me.

For concepts whose meanings are not explained in this Letter of Consent, they will have the meanings specified in the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698.
