How does this smart device actually work?

Pesttrap scans photos, tags each type of pest, and counts the number of pest types for each photo. When the risk of harm increases, it sends you a notification. Information on the Protection of Personal Data

As Doktar, we take your security into consideration and would like to inform you about the "Law on the Protection of Personal Data", which is regulated regarding personal data with the purpose of protection of the fundamental rights and freedoms, especially the privacy of private life.

Our aim is, in accordance with your satisfaction, to inform you in the most transparent way about the way your personal data is collected, the purposes of processing and legal reasons and your rights in these matters.

If your personal data has been processed, to request information about it;

To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose;

To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred within the country or abroad;

To request correction of your personal data if it is incompletely or incorrectly processed;

To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the terms stipulated in Article 7 of the Law;

To request notification of the transactions made pursuant to subclauses (d) and (e) above, to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred;

To object to the emergence of a result against you due to the analysis of your personal data exclusively by automatic systems;

To demand the compensation of the damage in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.

It is possible to exercise your rights as of 01.01.2019, the effective date of the regulation; we reserve the right to demand the expenses to be incurred by our Company in order to fulfill your requests, according to the tariff specified in Article 13 of the KVKK, titled "Application to the Controller".
