Product Owner
Doktar is an Agritech company with offices in Istanbul, Izmir and the Netherlands aiming to improve food systems through intensive use of data and data driven decisions. To fulfill its purpose, Doktar delivers a palette of digital services to the entire agricultural value chain. Doktar is positioned as a one-stop shop for digital agriculture solutions, which requires us to develop and deliver a set of services based on emerging technologies, such as remote sensing, internet of things, machine learning and artificial intelligence.
We're looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Product Owner who thrives in operational excellence and loves bringing clarity to complex projects. You will play a central role in managing the product backlog, creating detailed documentation, and ensuring seamless collaboration between product managers and our software development team.
This role is ideal for hands-on doers who are proactive, task-oriented, and driven—someone with a strong sense of purpose and relentless focus on delivering results. You’ll need to be comfortable with uncertainty and thrive in a dynamic environment where priorities may shift daily.
What you’ll do
Execute product sprints meticulously based on priorities defined by Product Managers, ensuring every task is completed clearly and on time.
Own and continuously improve comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) with clear, actionable instructions and basic technical details for developers.
Act as a bridge facilitating effective communication and collaboration between Product Managers, UI/UX designers, and developers.
Collect and organize incoming demands from internal client support teams, translate them into actionable tasks, prioritize and plan these items with Product Managers.
Translate product needs into well-defined tasks and support the delivery teams in turning them into real outcomes.
Identify potential roadblocks proactively, clarify requirements promptly, and ensure smooth, uninterrupted sprint executions with breaking down the complex problems and make them easy to grasp for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Provide daily support to developers, clarifying requirements and tasks, resolving blockers and guidance to help them excel in delivering high-quality outputs.

Your background
At least 2 years experience in product ownership or business analysis in software/digital products.
Computer Science, Engineering or related background is required.
Experience writing clear, detailed documentation such as PRDs, user stories, or technical requirements.
Proven ability to manage operational tasks and maintain high-quality standards.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
English fluency.
