Doktar is positioned as a one-stop shop for digital agriculture solutions, developing and delivering a set of services based on emerging technologies, such as remote sensing, the Internet of Things, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.

     

    We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist who will take full ownership of our digital marketing campaigns and growth experiments. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves numbers, and wants to contribute to the digital transformation of agriculture.

     

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement across multiple platforms.
    • Manage and optimize digital campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other ad networks; oversee A/B testing and KPI tracking.
    • Collaborate with product and sales teams to create customer funnels and identify opportunities for conversion rate optimization.
    • Monitor analytics platforms (Firebase, HubSpot, or MMPs like Appsflyer) to track performance and generate reports.
    • Support product launch and promotional strategies by aligning digital campaigns with marketing goals.
    • Research and analyze market trends, audience insights, and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies.
    • Coordinate with the content and design team for campaign assets and landing pages.

    Key Skills & Qualifications

    • BS/BA degree in a relevant field.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in performance/digital marketing roles.
    • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
    • Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and SEO/SEM best practices.
    • Familiarity with event tracking, conversion funnels, and attribution models.
    • Highly analytical with strong reporting and communication skills.
    • A collaborative team player who brings energy, flexibility, and a solutions-first mindset.
